Early Life[]
Tico and his teammates were responsible for the Ignavus cruise ship massacre, where they killed thousands of innocent people, including children. Afterwards they were captured and sent to separate prisons. They escaped when the Inner Circle destroyed the system that controlled the Mutant Inhibitor collars all across the country, allowing them to escape captivity.

Shockwave Generation: Tico has the mutant ability to generate powerful shockwaves by clapping his hands together. When Max would charge an object, Heather would teleport it at an safe distance and Tico would detonate that said object with his powers causing it to explode.
