Heather is a recurring character on FOX's The Gifted. She is portrayed by Chelle Ramos.
She is a Mutant hitman who's team is currently in the employ of The Inner Circle.
Early life[]
She and her teammates were involved in something called the Ignavus cruise ship massacre. They killed thousands of innocent people, including children. Afterwards they were captured and sent to separate prisons. They escaped when the Inner Circle destroyed the system that controlled the Mutant Inhibitor collars all across the country, allowing them to escape captivity.

- Teleportation - Heather possesses the ability to move objects and people from one location to another. When Max would charge an object with a degree of explosive energy, she would teleport the object to a safe distance and their other teammate Tico would set off the explosion with his ability to create shockwaves.
